    Springbank Hill is a community in West Calgary, covering about 6.5 km² in City Ward 6, with SW addresses. The City lists it as a developing community, so expect new construction as it builds out. In the 2021 Census it had 9,840 residents in 3,280 occupied homes: 78% detached houses, 15% apartments, 5% semi-detached and 2% row houses. About 80% of homes were built between 1991 and 2010, and the local community association is the Springbank Hill Community Association.
