Citadel is a community in Northwest Calgary, covering about 2.7 km² in City Ward 2, with NW addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 10,180 residents in 3,460 occupied homes: 80% detached houses, 12% row houses, 6% apartments and 2% semi-detached. About 94% of homes were built between 1991 and 2010, and the local community association is the Citadel Community Association.
