    Canyon Meadows is an established community in South Calgary, covering about 3.1 km² in City Ward 13, with SW addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 7,435 residents in 3,090 occupied homes: 61% detached houses, 22% row houses, 14% apartments and 3% semi-detached. About 75% of homes were built between 1961 and 1980, and the local community association is the Canyon Meadows Community Association.
