Cougar Ridge is a community in West Calgary, covering about 2.3 km² in City Ward 6, with SW addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 7,150 residents in 2,265 occupied homes: 86% detached houses, 8% row houses and 6% semi-detached. About 79% of homes were built between 2001 and 2010, and the local community association is the West Springs/Cougar Ridge Community Association.
