    Kingsland is an established community in South Calgary, covering about 1.3 km² in City Ward 11, with SW addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 4,900 residents in 2,375 occupied homes: 58% apartments, 26% detached houses, 9% row houses and 7% semi-detached. About 79% of homes were built in or before 1990, and the local community association is the Kingsland Community Association.
