Martindale is a community in Northeast Calgary, covering about 2.7 km² in City Ward 5, with NE addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 14,540 residents in 3,945 occupied homes: 85% detached houses, 10% apartments, 4% row houses and 1% semi-detached. About 87% of homes were built between 1981 and 2010, and the local community association is the Martindale Community Association.
