Saddle Ridge is a community in Northeast Calgary, covering about 5.6 km² in City Ward 5, with NE addresses. The City lists it as a developing community, so expect new construction as it builds out. In the 2021 Census it had 24,365 residents in 6,005 occupied homes: 67% detached houses, 22% apartments, 8% row houses and 3% semi-detached. About 93% of homes were built between 2001 and 2021, and the local community association is the Saddle Ridge Community Association.
