Evergreen is a community in South Calgary, covering about 4.9 km² in City Ward 13, with SW addresses. In the 2021 Census it had 20,780 residents in 6,805 occupied homes: 77% detached houses, 11% apartments, 7% row houses and 5% semi-detached. About 76% of homes were built between 2001 and 2010, and the local community association is the Calgary Evergreen Community Association.
